Camshaft options
- 226-A: 260° cam to suit a stock engine with stock valve springs and hydraulic lifters. Increase in mid-range power. Maintains good street drivability and suitable for towing.
- 226-B: 270° performance cam to suit mildly modified engines with intake, exhaust and tunable ECU upgrade. Cam suits hydraulic lifters. Noticeable 'big cam idle' note with free flowing exhaust. Increase in mid range power.
- 226-CS: 290°/292° solid lifter racing cam to suit strip or track car. Suits mid-high rpm racing applications. Best suited to engines with raised compression, ported cylinder head and free flowing manifolds.
- 226-DS: 304°/314° solid lifter racing cam to suit extremely modified high rpm naturally aspirated strip or track cars. Must have high compression, well designed cylinder head and free flowing intake manifold/ITB/carbs, and well designed exhaust system.
- 226-E: 260° turbo street performance cam. Good low to mid-range increase in power and good throttle response. Maintains good street drivability and suitable for towing. Turbo sizing 48-58mm. Suits hydraulic lifter.
- 226-F: For street/strip and track cars. Good increase in mid-range power. Turbo sizing 54-64mm for engines producing around 400-650hp. Great with E85 or ethanol blend. Cam suits hydraulic lifters.
- 226-G: 298°/298° turbo racing cam for well modified street/strip or track cars. Good increase in mid-range to high rpm power. Cam suits hydraulic lifters.
- 226-HS: Turbo racing camshaft for well built RB30E competition engines. Suits various high rpm racing applications. Suits turbo sizing 67mm+. Great with ethanol blend or methanol fuel. Cam suits solid lifter conversion.
- 226-IS: Perfect for drag racing with its solid lifter design and ability to produce high RPM horsepower. It works best in competition engines that produce over 1000hp, have a 76mm or larger turbo, run on high stall, and/or have nitrous.
