- Sarja / Set (KCG25): The gears have been CNC machined from highest quality 6061 T6 aluminium to more precise tolerances than original OEM gears. The tooth edges have been bevelled to increase belt life to ensure strength and longevity.
- Pakopuoli / Exhaust (KCG25EXHAUST): The tooth edges have been bevelled to increase belt life and then hard anodised to ensure strength and longevity. Precise degree markings are then laser etched onto the cam gear to assist in the tuning of engines.
Our adjustable cam gears are made with modern machinery and high-quality materials to ensure its durability. The use of 6061 T6 aluminum and bevelled tooth edges results in a more durable product than OEM gears. The cam gears have etched degree markings, making engine tuning easier. Additionally, the gears are hard anodized and assembled with top-quality fasteners, ensuring added durability. To prevent thread stretch or fatigue, heli-coil thread inserts in the ring gear has been utilized.
