DW1 is one of the most popular DSPS wastegates with a large selection of springs. Nominal valve size of 50 mm.
DW1 has Titanium components, see attached illustration, parts No. 5, 6 and 14.
Available with or without a lift sensor. The standard (basic) lift sensor indicates WG position “open” or “closed”, while the linear sensor enables linear lift control measurement of the valve position.
Designed to cope with extreme conditions experienced during racing, the DW1 was designed with high performance and exceptional quality parts, so as not to compromise reliability.

- Internal Inconel heat shield to protect valve guide and membrane
- Top-hat style Nomex-reinforced fluoropolymer rolling membrane
- #3 JIC Boost connectors
- V-band clamp mounting system, supplied with 304 stainless weld-on adapters
