Camshaft options
- 8-SLX260: 260° solid lifter cams to suit 32-40mm restrictor plate and GPA rally 4G63 engines. Good throttle response. 48-58mm turbo. Not for OEM hydraulic lifters, must convert to solid lifter.
- 8-SLX272: EVO 8 solid lifter 272° cams. The best all round performing motorsport cams. These are the solid lifter version of our mega popular TX272 profile. Suits racing 4G63 engines in the 400-700hp range. 54-64mm turbo size range.
- 8-SLX282: 282° high HP solid lifter racing cams to suit well built time attack and drag racing 4G63 engines. Suits 700hp+ 62mm+ turbo. Great with E85 and similar ethanol blend fuels. Not for OEM hydraulic lifters, must convert to solid lifter.
- 8-SLX294: 294° solid lifter drag racing cams for extreme boost and high RPM engines. Turbo sizing 76mm+. Fuel type ethanol blend or methanol. Not for OEM hydraulic lifters, must convert to solid lifter.
- 8-TX258: 258° cams for fast street 4G63 engines with stock turbo or turbocharger upgrade. Suits upgraded turbo sizing 48-54mm. Improved low to mid-range power and good throttle response. Suits restrictor plate rally 4G63 engines.
- 8-TX268: 268° cams for street, strip and track engines in the 350-600hp range. Great with E85 and similar ethanol blend fuels. Suits 48-58mm turbo. Still maintains good throttle response, improved mid-range power.
- 8-TX272: Best all round performing motorsport cams. Suits racing 4G63 engine in the 400-650hp range. 54-62mm turbo size range. For up to 8500rpm and 35psi boost Kelford Cams recommend valve spring KVS63-BTK.
- 8-TX272-L: 272° camshaft designed to work with OEM valve springs. Rough idle note with exhaust upgrade. Increase in mid-high rpm power with upgraded turbo. Upgraded turbo size range 48-58mm compressor inducer.
- 8-TX272R: High lift profile design with high rpm valve train stability. Suited for 450-700hp high rpm racing 4G63 engines. Suits turbo sizing in the 54-68mm range. Great with E85 and similar ethanol blend fuels
- 8-TX280R: 280° high HP racing cams to suit well built time attack and drag racing 4G63 engines. Suits 64mm+ turbo. Great with E85 and similar ethanol blend fuels.
