We have manufactured inconel insulators for hundreds of vehicles.<\/p>\n
The technology and materials that have come from experience have been established over 10 years and we can tell you that a big part of the insulation work is the composition of the wool and the direction of the fibre, wrapping the wool around the pipes.<\/p>\n
The yarns prevent the wool from breaking up and moving under the tin shell.<\/p>\n
Otherwise, in a vertical section or after several thermal cycles, the problem can be the movement of the wool under the shell, which in turn leads to reduced thermal insulation.<\/p>\n
As a surface shell we use Inconel sheeting and not RST materials which have much weaker properties at high temperatures.<\/p>\n
We manufacture our products from the best materials available.<\/p>\n
Micro-welded Inconel insulations are custom-made works and are always individually priced.<\/p>\n
