These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the MW Steel Oy online store and to products sold and invoiced directly by MW Steel Oy, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n
Consumer transactions are governed by applicable consumer protection legislation. Transactions between business customers are governed by these Terms and, where applicable, by Finnish commercial law.<\/p>\n

Products may be ordered through the MW Steel online store or directly from MW Steel based on a quotation or separate order.<\/p>\n
Online store orders are confirmed at checkout and an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.<\/p>\n
For other sales, a contract is formed when MW Steel accepts the customer’s order or the customer accepts MW Steel’s quotation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n
MW Steel reserves the right to reject an order for a justified reason, including product availability, an obvious pricing or product information error, or concerns relating to the customer’s creditworthiness.<\/p>\n
Prices displayed to consumers in the online store include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n
Prices quoted to business customers may be stated excluding VAT. Applicable VAT will then be added to the invoice.<\/p>\n
Delivery, packaging and other applicable charges are shown before confirmation of an online order or separately in the quotation or order.<\/p>\n
MW Steel reserves the right to change prices before an order is confirmed.<\/p>\n
An obviously incorrect price is not binding if the customer could reasonably have been expected to recognise the error.<\/p>\n
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.<\/p>\n
Payments processed by a third-party payment service provider are also subject to the terms of that payment service provider.<\/p>\n
MW Steel may sell products on invoice to approved customers.<\/p>\n
The payment term is determined by the invoice, quotation or other agreement made with the customer.<\/p>\n
MW Steel reserves the right to verify the customer’s credit information and to set a credit limit for invoice sales.<\/p>\n
MW Steel may require advance payment or another payment method before delivery.<\/p>\n
Late payments are subject to statutory late-payment interest and applicable collection costs.<\/p>\n
If the customer has overdue payments, MW Steel may suspend further deliveries until all overdue amounts have been paid.<\/p>\n
Title to all products sold remains with MW Steel Oy until the purchase price and all other payments relating to the transaction have been paid in full.<\/p>\n
Delivery or transfer of possession does not transfer title before full payment has been received.<\/p>\n
Without the written consent of MW Steel, the customer may not sell, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of an unpaid product in a manner that compromises MW Steel’s title to the product.<\/p>\n
Products are delivered using the delivery method selected in the online store or otherwise agreed when the order is placed.<\/p>\n
The estimated delivery time for products in stock is generally 3\u20135 business days.<\/p>\n
Products ordered from manufacturers or suppliers may have a longer delivery time.<\/p>\n
Delivery times stated on product pages, quotations or order confirmations are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding.<\/p>\n
Products included in the same order may be delivered in separate shipments.<\/p>\n
Delivery charges are determined by the delivery method, shipment size, weight and any additional services.<\/p>\n
Stock and availability information shown in the online store is based on information available to MW Steel and its suppliers.<\/p>\n
If an ordered product is unavailable, MW Steel will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>\n
MW Steel may offer a replacement product. If no replacement is agreed, the relevant part of the order may be cancelled and any amount already paid for that product will be refunded.<\/p>\n
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes and other official charges imposed in the destination country unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in distance sales.<\/p>\n
Notice of withdrawal must be submitted to MW Steel within the applicable 14-day period.<\/p>\n
The online withdrawal function provided in the online store may be used for contracts concluded online.<\/p>\n
Returned products must be sent back no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.<\/p>\n
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.<\/p>\n
MW Steel will refund applicable payments in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products falling within a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n
This may include products manufactured or modified according to the customer’s specifications.<\/p>\n
Returned products must be properly packaged.<\/p>\n
If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics and functionality and its value has consequently decreased, MW Steel may deduct the resulting reduction in value from the refund.<\/p>\n
All parts and accessories supplied with the product must be returned with it.<\/p>\n
Returns and cancellations by business customers must always be agreed with MW Steel in advance.<\/p>\n
MW Steel reserves the right to accept or reject a request for return or cancellation.<\/p>\n
Products specially ordered, manufactured or modified for the customer are generally not accepted for return.<\/p>\n
MW Steel may deduct reasonable handling, freight and depreciation costs from an accepted return.<\/p>\n
The customer must inspect the delivered product before installation or use.<\/p>\n
Vehicle components may vary depending on model year, engine, transmission, equipment, production date and market area.<\/p>\n
The customer is responsible for verifying before installation that the product is suitable for the vehicle and intended use unless MW Steel has confirmed such suitability in writing.<\/p>\n
If there is uncertainty regarding the suitability or correctness of the product, the product must not be installed or used before the matter has been clarified with MW Steel.<\/p>\n
Some products sold by MW Steel are intended for tuning, motorsport or competition use.<\/p>\n
No separate warranty is provided for products intended for tuning, motorsport or competition use unless a warranty is specifically stated for the product or agreed in writing.<\/p>\n
MW Steel is not responsible for the durability or failure of the vehicle or its other parts and components during tuning, motorsport or competition use.<\/p>\n
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered product and any resulting modifications to the vehicle are suitable for their intended use and comply with applicable road traffic, registration, inspection, emissions and other regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
MW Steel is not responsible for the approval of a product or resulting modification for road use or vehicle inspection unless expressly agreed in writing.<\/p>\n
Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.<\/p>\n
Products requiring technical expertise must be installed by a person or company with sufficient competence for the installation.<\/p>\n
MW Steel is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect adjustment, improper use, use contrary to instructions or modifications made to the product by the customer.<\/p>\n
MW Steel is responsible for defects in products sold by it in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n
Any warranty provided for a product is subject to the warranty terms stated by the manufacturer, importer or MW Steel.<\/p>\n
The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear, incorrect installation, improper use, insufficient maintenance, external damage or another cause unrelated to the product itself.<\/p>\n
Incorrect, damaged or defective products must be reported to MW Steel as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>\n
The claim should, where possible, include the order or invoice number, product details, a description of the issue and any photographs or other material necessary to investigate the matter.<\/p>\n
The product must not be repaired, dismantled or modified after a claim has been made without MW Steel’s consent if such action may interfere with investigation of the defect.<\/p>\n
In transactions between businesses, MW Steel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including interruption of production, downtime, loss of revenue, loss of profit or other corresponding financial loss.<\/p>\n
MW Steel is not liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where this results from an unforeseeable event beyond MW Steel’s reasonable control.<\/p>\n
MW Steel processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the privacy policy published on its website.<\/p>\n
MW Steel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n
The Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order was placed apply to the order.<\/p>\n
These Terms and all transactions with MW Steel are governed by Finnish law.<\/p>\n
Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiations between the parties.<\/p>\n
